These terms apply when you use OpenWheel Arena Quiz, an unofficial, fan-made app currently in closed beta. By using the app you agree to them.
Eligibility & account
You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country. You are responsible for your account, your credentials and the activity under your account.
Acceptable use & fair play
Play fair. Do not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or manipulate ELO, predictions or leaderboards. Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or our systems without authorization.
Community & clan conduct
In friend interactions and clan chat, no harassment, hate speech, threats, spam or illegal content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Fan-made content & non-affiliation
OpenWheel Arena Quiz is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, any team, driver or championship organizer. All related names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used, where applicable, for descriptive purposes only.
Beta & availability
The app is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Beta builds are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Changes to the service
We may add, modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of a free beta product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
